Ocean Rock warrants that all stone items are of merchantable quality and will be replaced if defective or broken.
The client should inform us within 7 days of delivery.Ocean Rock stone would not cover any shipping cost if merchandise is returned for a full refund.

8 What is the package? How about fumigation? |

The stone are packed in strong seaworthy wooden crates. Each stone is well protected. All wooden crates are fumigated for 72 hours before shipment. Certificate of Fumigation is provided upon request.

9 What is your port of loading and lead time? |

Xiamen port, CHINA. Usually 3-4 weeks for production of carved stone, 2 weeks for simple-processed stone, 4 weeks for the sea transportation to America or Europe.

10 How many inventory do you require for your distributor? |

Not any inventory required from us. You manage on your own inventory level.
We suggest you make some market investigation to keep a suitable inventory so that you
will not run out of stock for retail purchase. The lead time is 8-10 weeks. The sales
season of the carved stone is summer.
